Executive Director
Sepideh Karbasi
Sepideh Karbasi is the Assistant Administrator at C&E In-Home Care Services, where she supports daily operations and helps ensure high-quality, compassionate care. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Services and has a strong background in residential care, quality assurance, and service coordination. Before joining C&E in 2026, she worked in community-based care, focusing on home certification, staff training, compliance, and supporting individuals with diverse needs. Fluent in Farsi and English, Sepideh is dedicated to advocacy, cultural inclusivity, and delivering person-centered care grounded in dignity and integrity.

Brandon Allen
Brandon Allen is the founder and CEO of C&E In-Home Care Services, a Black-owned company providing compassionate, culturally responsive in-home care. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has built a trusted organization focused on quality care and strong partnerships.
He is dedicated to personalized, respectful care that supports client independence, while also promoting diversity, workforce growth, and expanded access to high-quality services.
AFH Operations Manager
Amber Dietzman-
With over 16 years in caregiving, Amber has devoted their career to compassionate, quality care, beginning as a volunteer in nursing homes at age 14. For the past 10 years, she has specialized in case management, focusing on holistic care coordination, individualized care plans, and crisis management.
Since August 2025, Amber has served with C&E In-Home Care, advocating for residents and their families with compassion and respect. Passionate about providing peace of mind through careful planning, clear communication, and staff mentoring to ensure the highest standard of personalized care.
Operations Manager
Janie Holmes
Janie Holmes is the Operations Manager for Supportive Home Care, with over 15 years of healthcare experience. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she has held leadership roles in behavioral health and memory care, overseeing staff and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
Known for her collaborative style and strong work ethic, Janie is dedicated to supporting both residents and healthcare teams while fostering respectful, person-centered care.
